But I loved this…
Writers, this is for you: Creative Writing Outlines, yes or no? I’ve always been told that it’s wrong to know how you’re story’s going to end, however, I’ve always read that a lot of writers have outlines they follow, some of them even fixing everything neatly so there are no plot holes in the end. I understand the use of notes–I make them–and idea lists (you know, the oh-i-wanna-see-this-in-my-story list) and so on, but I never made use of an outline because I normally let my characters take on the adventure on their own. However, I’m normally writing poetry and short prose, so nothing major. So is the outline something you all use, or do you just write?
On to other news. I’ve been upset all day that Obama lost Texas to that hack job of a politician only known as Bill Clinton’s wife within the walls of my house. We don’t hiss the Iscariot name here, never, at all. At least not anymore. But at least, the last time I checked, he was winning the caucus.
The first thing I didn’t like about Clinton was the venom she started to spew. I really hate it when people have to tell me that their opponent can’t do something. Tell me what you can do, not what he can’t. But my friend Miranda has something to say to this, and it’s simply that Clinton is weak. She cried and she “can’t trust someone who will cry” when she is the leader of our country. You just don’t do that.
So onto the next subject before I get a little too angry with the elections.
Pop Quiz: What do you call someone who dies and then gets reanimated? A Zombie right? I couldn’t help making that joke when I saw this video on CNN today. Not that what happened to the kid was funny, I think it was sorta scary, but hell, if you can’t laugh, then you have no soul. So what do you do the moment you die for minutes and brought back to life? You buy…find it here.
What has the world come to? First people have been heckling Obama because he’s Black, then he’s heckled because he isn’t completely black, then he’s heckled because he may or may not be a Muslim and because of his middle name etc. etc. etc. But this has nothing to do with Obama, but with racism. How low can we go when it comes to being prejudice against the color of one’s fur?
Cooks, click here. I’m sure a lot of you know about this, but in case you’re not glued to your seat and computer 24/7.
Now you ever feel like you stand out and you just might be the strangest person out there? Ever since I was a kid, I’ve had the feeling. But then I saw something that made feel better. Perhaps you will, too. Let’s watch.
I hope I at least brought something to your life today.
